Privacy

What we collect

• Details you give us when you start a scan: business name, your name, email, industry, employee and revenue ranges, and optionally your website.
• The documents you upload, and the information we extract from them.
• Basic technical logs, such as when a file was uploaded, that we need to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your information only to prepare your Expense Scan, to contact you about it, and to improve how we analyze expenses. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with vendors so they can sell to you.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service: cloud hosting, a database and file storage provider, and an AI service that helps read documents. They process data on our behalf. The AI service may not use your documents to train its models.

Retention and deletion

Original documents are scheduled for deletion 30 days after your final Expense Scan is delivered. We may keep the analysis itself, such as extracted amounts and findings, for longer so we can support you with it. You can ask us to delete your documents, your analysis, or both, at any time.
