What should I upload?
Recent recurring business bills, statements, invoices or expense exports. Several months are especially useful.
Do you need my bank login?
No.
Should I remove sensitive information?
Yes. Please redact anything unrelated to the analysis, including full account numbers, customer data, tax IDs, card numbers and personal information.
Do you sell payment processing or other services?
No. Business Expense Detective provides independent expense analysis.
What if my expenses are already competitive?
We'll tell you. A clean bill of health is a valid result.
Are savings guaranteed?
No. Some findings are verified unnecessary expenses. Others are opportunities that need more verification or negotiation, and we label them that way.
Will you cancel or switch my services?
No. You stay in control of every change.
Is this accounting, tax, legal or investment advice?
